Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ironji’s website, apps or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Ironji provides a logistics and transport platform that connects customers needing freight transport with drivers and truck owners, and supports dispatch, tracking, delivery and payment workflows. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and device secure.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Account & Data Deletion page.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Provide false information, impersonate others, or submit forged documents.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or other users’ accounts.
• Misuse location, customer or shipment information accessed through the service.

If you are a driver or truck owner, you also agree to hold valid licences, insurance and vehicle documentation, and to comply with applicable traffic and transport laws.

Fees, settlements and payment terms for shipments are as agreed on the platform or in a separate agreement. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. We keep financial records as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

The Ironji platform, apps, website, branding and content are owned by Ironji Trade Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the services except as permitted by law.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the services is subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Rwanda, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have.
